قد نفصح عن بيانات إذا طُلب منا ذلك بموجب القانون. داخل التطبيق، بيانات كل عقار معزولة عن العقارات الأخرى، ويطّلع عليها مدير ذلك العقار (وإدارة المنصة لأغراض الدعم)، ويطّلع سكان العقار على الرصيد والمصروفات ومرفقاتها فقط إذا فعّل المدير ذلك.
لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة 100%، لكننا نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لحماية بياناتك.
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا على info@zat-it.com. بيانات الوحدات والمدفوعات يعدّلها مدير العقار، لذلك قد نوجّه طلبك إليه.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات منهم.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها. نشجعك على مراجعتها دوريًا.

The El3mara app ("the App") is provided by ZAT IT (ذات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات) ("we", "us"). It helps residential building managers manage units, monthly dues, emergency maintenance and expenses, and lets residents follow their unit status and payments. We may disclose data if required by law. Inside the App, each building's data is isolated from other buildings and is visible to that building's manager (and to platform administrators for support); the building's residents can see the balance, expenses and their attachments only if the manager enables this.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through the App or by emailing info@zat-it.com. Unit and payment data is maintained by the building manager, so we may forward your request to them.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above. Please review it periodically.
